Alex graduated with a Masters with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy. He has gained experience in multiple disciplines, including sports injuries, expectant Mothers, women’s health and the elderly.
His undergraduate research has resulted in him having a specialist interest in the neurology and psychology of pain. Alex emphases the unique multifactorial nature of pain in each individual. He incorporates manual treatment with the prescription of rehabilitation exercises, he combines this with the appropriate lifestyle and nutritional advice.
Away from the clinic, Alex enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, cycling, tennis, swimming and surfing
Christina practises both traditional manipulative osteopathy and osteopathy in the cranial field. She has extensive experience working with adults and children.
Besides being a practising osteopath, Christina also fulfils academic roles on the postgraduate programmes on paediatric osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London and the Osteopathie-Schule Deutschland in Hamburg.
